사실은 원곡이 아닌 커버 곡이었다면?
이 글에서는 너덬의 동심이 파괴될 수도 있는(?) 멋진 정보를 제공하려 한다.
선택의 기준은 언제나처럼 내 마음...이지만,
(1) 원곡 역시 충분히 유명하다 생각되는 경우 (예 : Jennifer Rush 버전과 Celine Dion 버전의 The Power Of Love)
(2) 작곡자가 다른 사람에게 먼저 준 뒤 자신이 다시 불러 발매했거나,
원곡의 녹음 시기는 앞서지만 공개는 후에 이뤄졌거나,
또는 원곡이 데모 버전에 해당하는 경우 (예 : BC Jean이 먼저 부르고 나중에 알려진 If I Were A Boy)
(3) 커버가 아닌 샘플링인 경우 (예 : Rick James의 Super Freak을 샘플링한 MC Hammer의 U Can't Touch This)
(4) 가수 자신이 참여한 리믹스 버전인 경우 (예 : OneRepublic가 부른 Timbaland의 Apologize)
(5) 구전된 노래, 클래식, 동요, 또는 원작자를 알 수 없는 노래를 커버한 경우 (예 : 수 많은 캐롤)
(6) 한국에서만 유명한 경우 (예 : Jessica Folcker의 Goodbye)
위와 같은 경우는 제외하였다.
