These are Catasetum orchids, as bees probe inside they trigger this yellow sac of pollen called pollinia to be launched, 
attaching to the back of a bee with a sticky pad, watch here

When they later visit female flowers, the pollinia fits for pollination

 

이것들은 카타세툼(Catasetum) 난초입니다. 벌이 꽃 안을 탐색할 때, 노란색 꽃가루 주머니인 폴리니아(pollinia)가 튀어나와 끈적한 패드로 벌의 등에 달라붙습니다. 

나중에 벌이 암꽃을 방문하면, 이 폴리니아가 암꽃에 맞아들어가 수정이 이루어집니다.

 

 

 

 

수컷 난초벌과 꽃간의 상호작용.
a) Eufriesea auriceps 수컷의 복부에 Catasetum fimbriatum의 화분체가 부착되어 있음 (폴리니아는 검은 화살표로 표시됨).
b) Eufriesea auriceps 수컷들이 암꽃을 방문하는 모습. 한 마리는 두건 모양의 입술 모양 꽃잎 안에서 먹이를 찾고 있음 (검은 화살표), 다른 한 마리는 꽃 앞에서 정지비행 중임 (하얀 화살표).
c) Euglossa 속 수컷이 수꽃에 있는 모습 (하얀 화살표). 이 난초벌의 상대적으로 작은 크기에 주목.
