이것은 대다수의 국민들은
기본적인 의식주 문화 서비스를 향유하기 힘들다는 얘기

우리도 해외의존도 높은 국가고 이대로가다 삐끗하면
국민대다수가 절대적 빈곤자가 될 수도 있다라는 얘기임
