사실 건축물 높이는 조망권과는 별 상관이 없다. 높이를 고층화하는 방식으로 동간 거리를 최대한 널찍하게 가져갈 수 있기 때문이다. 가령 35층 3동을 올릴 자리에 100층 한 동만 올리면 동일 가구를 모두 수용할 수 있다. 한강변 최고층인 56층의 래미안 첼리투스가 조망을 가리는지, 35층 이하의 잠실아파트가 조망을 가리는지는 실제 두 눈으로 쉽게 확인이 가능하다.
