공갈로 처벌받은것 자체는 사실이지만 일부러 공갈해서 합의금 뜯어낼 목적으로 모욕죄를 유도한건 아니라고 함

진짜로 아무생각없이 올린 게시글에 악플이 달렸고 고소를 진행한것

악플 단 사람들한테 변호사 끼고 고소해서 대부분은 적법한 절차를 거쳐 합의를 봤음 일부러 여성들만 노려서 고소했다는것도 와전된것

그러나 이 과정에서 일부 고소건에 대해 변호사를 끼지 않고 개인적으로 합의를 본 것 때문에 공갈로 처벌받은것임
