그룹 방탄소년단이 한국 가수 최초로 그래미어워즈 무대에 올랐다.

방탄소년단은 지난 26일(현지시간) 미국 로스앤젤레스 스테이플스 센터에서 열리는 ‘제62회 그래미 어워즈(GRAMMY Awards)’에 참석했다.

방탄소년단은 빌리 레이 사이러스(Billy Ray Cyrus), 디플로(Diplo), 릴 나스 엑스(Lil Nas X), 메이슨 램지(Mason Ramsey) 등과 ‘Old Town Road All-Stars’ 무대를 함께 선보였다.

이날 방탄소년단은 레드 카펫 입성부터 미국 유명 매체들의 주목을 한 몸에 받았고 멤버 정국의 잘생긴 비주얼도 화제를 모았다.

당일 정국은 트위터 상 50개 국가에서 56개 실시간 트렌드에 올랐고 구글에서 BTS GRAMMYs 관련 전세계 급상승 연관 토픽에 미국 싱어송라이터 조 조너스(Joe Jonas), 팝스타 숀 멘데스(Shawn Mendes)등 과 함께 'Jungkook-South Korean singer-songwriter'로 4위에 이름이 랭크됐다.
