 └ “Today’s performance was much better than the first competition. I still made a mistake, but I think I tried my best until my program finished, though I’m satisfied. I tried two quads at Nebelhorn, but here I tried the only one and decided to improve my program first.
 I’ll keep working on two quads, but I also have one more competition next week in Korea. For now, I think I’ll keep focusing on improving my programs, but also keep working on adding second quad in the short program.”

 └마지막으로 차준환에게 올 시즌을 어떤 시즌으로 만들고 싶냐고 묻자 돌아온 대답은 간단했다. 
"부상 없이 보내고 싶은 게 가장 크다. 그냥 최선을 다해서 만족스러운 시즌을 보내고 싶다."

 └#JunHwanCha feels good even though he is on his third competition of the season! He’s taking it step by step knowing he’ll have many more competitions this season.

 └His injury from last season isn’t 100% healed but it’s continually getting better and he’s making sure to take care. He really likes Canada! He liked the weather and the clean fresh air.

 └Junhwan Cha says he feels "about 80%" in terms of recovering from his ankle problems last season. He did a lot of physiotherapy and massage during the off-season, as well as rest. He'll continue to keep a close eye on it, so it doesn't flare up again.

 └I'm very satisfied, because I really did my best and gave  all the energies to the audience. So, yeah, I'm very happy about it and very satisfied about it.
I didn't have great memory last season at Skate Canada so I just really want to again, enjoy skating in Canada. So I think that's the biggest goal. 
Re his SP music choice: the vocal has a lot of strong energies so I really loved it, and I really loved the letters that he stands for. It’s very different as a free program. So, I just really want to show like totally different ways. So that's why I choose it.

 └There was some mistakes, but I think in my condition right now, I think I did everything that I can do right now. So yeah, I think those small mistakes and the quality is what I have to work on and improve for the next one. I think still I can make it better quality. So that's what I've worked on and came here, and then I struggled a little with the ring size, but I think from the second practice here, I kind of know how to jump it. So that was, I think, a good sign, because sometimes when competing in the US or Canada, the ring size sometimes gets smaller. So, I think this experience will be really great for me, for the event, i think, the next competition.
Re his music choice: I really loved the melody going on, the instrumental going on. I was searching up a lot of different versions of the Barada para un Loco. I think the middle version was the best one that I wanted to skate. So, that's why I picked it and for, like, this Spanish Tango kind of program, I never did it for the long program, I think so that's why I chose it. 🎶
