우리는 하이브의 방탄에 대한 고의적 외면을 심판하고 회사의 ㅅㅈㄱ 논란과 사이비인 ㄷㅇㄷ 루머에 관련한 심각한 현 상황에서 보호하도록 당장 조치를 취하도록 요구해야한다 현 상황은 온라인에서 대다수의 사람들이 ㅅㅈㄱ/ㄷㅇㄷ 관련 이슈들에 관련해서 믿거나 최소 인지하고 있고 이게 한국에서는 실제로 피부로 느껴질 정도로 심각해짐

+ 회사는 현상황에 대해 무감각하고 수동적인 대응만 해서 이슈를 해소하는게 아니라 방탄에 대한 여론만 악화시킴. 현재 대중의 포커스는 회사의 내부 갈등 문제에서 완전히 방탄에 관한 루머로 옮겨감 

1. 하이브는 이미 진작에 변호사로부터 법리적 해석을 포함한 명확하고 자세한 입장문을 내놨어야 하는데 아직도 안함. 판결문이 공개되어 있고 거기서 회사가 ㅅㅈㄱ를 했다는 게 사실일 수도 있다는 가능성을 내포하기에 지금까지 내놓은 단순한 입장표명은 거기서 파생되는 주장들을 반론하기에 충분치 못함 회사가 잘못(했을 수도 있는 것)으로 인해 피해입는 건 방탄인데 이에 대해 회사는 손놓고만 있음

2. ㄷㅇㄷ 관련한 루머에 언급된 회사들 중 다수는 벌써 루머 게시글을 중단 조치하고 법적 조치할 것이라 분명히 발표한 것에 반해 하이브는 고소 얘기만 하고 실제로 게시물 중단 요청했다는 걸 어디에서도 발견할 수 없음 법적 조치를 취했다는 진행단계에 대한 회사의 공유도 실제적으로 보여지는 결과도 없음 

3. 하이브의 방탄을 보호하는 의무에 대한 고의적 태만은 이번이 처음이 아님

몇 년 전 당시 coo가 입 잘못 털어서 군대 관련 문제로 논란 불거지니 기자회견에 예정에도 없던 멤버들을 콘서트 무대 오르기 직전에 대신 세워서 그 사안에 답하게 함. 이때 석진이가 당시 할 수 있었던 회사의 입장까지 고려한 최선의 답변이 많은 언론과 안티들에 의해 애들에게 불리하게 작용했고 애들은 회사 대신 모든 타격을 입음 우리가 아무리 힘을 모아 지금 날조와 악성댓글을 막아보려고 노력해도 회사가 아무것도 안하면 불가능함.

지금은 회사 내부 문제에 대한 의견을 말할게 아니라 오직 방탄을 지키는 거에만 집중해야 할 시기임. 하이브가 침묵하고 수동적으로 있음으로써 대중의 관심을 회사로부터 애들로 돌리고 이는 갈수록 심각하게 파괴적으로 되어가는 중

ARMYs, we should be condemning HYBE’s deliberate negligence towards BTS and demand immediate action to protect BTS from the dire situation regarding the company’s chart manipulation controversy and the cult Dan World rumors. HYBE is only giving tone-deaf and passive responses to the situation, which is doing nothing to resolve the issues but worsening the public opinion towards BTS. It has gotten to the point where the majority of people online believe or at least are aware of the rumors related to the issues and it’s even palpable in real life in Korea. The focus of the public has completely shifted from the company's internal conflict issues to rumors around BTS.

1. HYBE should have already made a clear, detailed statement backed up by legal explanations from an attorney in response to the claims being made based on the written judgement regarding the chart manipulation blackmail case and yet they still haven’t. Since the official court document is disclosed to the public and implies the possibility of the company actually having paid for the chart manipulation (sajaegi) to the defendants, HYBE’s recent remarks simply saying that it is not true and that it was explained at the time are not enough to counter the current claims being made from the document. The clarification on this matter is crucial as it is directly related to the reputation of BTS. The damage is already palpable and it's more and more getting out of hand by the second while the company does nothing to actively protect BTS from attacks based on what the COMPANY has allegedly done wrong.

2. Many companies that were brought up in the false rumors towards BTS being related to the pseudo-religion/cult Dan World are already taking down posts containing false claims (when posts are taken down by requests, it shows who requested to have the post withheld) related to them and made it clear that they will be taking legal actions against those who made false claims the company being involved with DW. Meanwhile, HYBE has only made a simple announcement that they will be taking legal actions but many K-armys are still dealing with antis who are feeding the rumors and see no posts being removed showing HYBE has requested the site to take them down. Why is HYBE not actively sharing the progress of their legal proceedings and why can’t we see any results of their actions? 

3. This is not the first time HYBE has been negligent in their job to protect BTS. A few years back it was the company’s CCO who had made a careless remark that sparked heated controversies over whether the members were trying to avoid military enlistment. And HYBE made THEM speak on the matter at Hybe's press conference (which was not planned for the members to participate) when the boys were literally seconds before going up to the concert stage in Las Vegas. What Jin said, which was the best answer he could give at the time also considering the company's interests, was used against the boys by many journalists and antis. And becaue of that the members had to take all the blow for the then-CCO and the company. HYBE tries to serve their best interests only and not BTS’s. 

Even with our collective efforts to counter the false claims and stop the rumors and malicious comments against BTS, it's impossible without the company's proper actions. This is a time when we should focus only on protecting BTS and not speak up on the company’s internal conflict matters; with HYBE being silent and passive, they’re only diverting the public’s attention on the company to the boys which is getting severely destructive.
