Dear Disney Team,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and outrage regarding the appearance of actor Kim Soo-Hyun as part of guest appearances in "Good Day", a musical program by South Korea's MBC that is airing with an exclusivity contract on Disney Plus Korea.

Currently, the actor Kim Soo-Hyun is facing serious allegations of grooming and harassment of the late actress Kim Saeron who was 12 years younger than the actor. The circumstances surrounding this issue raise serious ethical concerns. Given these circumstances, many find it disturbing that such an individual has been given a prominent role in a program airing exclusively with Disney Plus Korea.

Disney has always been known for promoting values of inclusivity, kindness, and inspiration, especially to younger audiences. For many, Disney represents a brand that cultivates positive values and sets a standard of integrity. By casting someone with such a history, it sends a message that is completely contrary to these values, and it undermines the trust that families have placed in Disney over the years.

I urge Disney reconsider the appearance of Kim Soo-hyun in “Good Day” and to recognize its responsibility as a global entertainment leader. The well-being and safety of minors and vulnerable individuals must always be a priority. It is crucial for Disney to set a positive example by upholding these standards.

I sincerely hope that Disney makes the right decision on this matter and continues to provide content that lives up to the values Disney has always upheld.
